This wrist-guard takes the form of a thin platinum band inscribed with magical symbols. Five small chains are attached to the band, each attached to a ring. There's a magic symbol on each of these rings, corresponding to one of the items charges. These symbols loose their colors when the charge is depleted, and regains its color when the recharged. The wrist-guard, chains, and rings are thin enough to fit beneath even thin silver gloves, and are not too noticeable when worn beneath gloves.
This item is a single wrist-guard, meant for the dominant hand.

While attuned to the wrist-guard, you may cast one of the spells it contains, expending a number of charges equal to the level of the spell. Spells cast from the wrist-guard have their normal casting time, and counts as being cast by you. Spells cast through the wrist-guards ignore normal spell-component requirements. They have no Verbal or Material component, but all have a Somatic component: To cast a spell through the wrist-guard, your hand cannot be restrained, handcuffed, or holding any items.
